- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
- You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service or products without express written permission by us.
- Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
3. Products and Accuracy
- Jewellery Descriptions: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products (jewellery, gemstones, gold/silver finish). We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
- Errors: Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
- Prices: Due to changing nature of gold, silver and other metals’ prices, please note that provided prices are only the closest estimated prices of all the items. We request all the customers to message/email our team before completing the purchase to verify the correct price based on metal’s rate on that day. Your order will be cancelled if the order has been placed with verifying the prices first.
4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via Safepay (Visa, Mastercard, Bank Transfer).
- Safepay Security: For online payments, we use Safepay as our secure payment gateway. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.
- Order Confirmation: An order is only considered confirmed once the checkout process is complete. For Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact you via phone/WhatsApp to confirm the order before shipping.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping Areas: We currently ship to all major cities and regions within Pakistan.
- Delivery Time: Standard delivery time is [7-10] working days. Delays may occur during public holidays or due to the complexities of the jewellery designs or due to courier service disruptions.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Risk of Loss: All items purchased from The Gold Loft are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (TCS/Leopards/ etc.).

- By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you also acknowledge that you have read and understood our Refund Policy.

- If you send us creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, or other materials (collectively, ‘comments’), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, and otherwise use any comments that you forward to us.
