At The Gold Loft, we want you to love your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please read our policy below to understand your rights and our obligations.
1. Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Timeframe: You must initiate the return within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging (box/pouch) with all tags intact.
- Proof: You need the receipt or proof of purchase (Order ID).
2. Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions) For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Earrings: Due to hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on earrings unless they arrived damaged and you have strong proof of that (video proof while opening the package).
- Customized Jewellery: Items that have been engraved, resized, or customized specifically for you.
- Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. All sale items are final sale.
3. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) so we can make it right. Any request made after 24 hours will be rejected.
- Please take a clear photo of the damage and email it to hello@thegoldloft.com or WhatsApp us.
- We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at hello@thegoldloft.com with your Order ID and reason for return.
- Approval: Wait for our team to approve your return request.
- Ship It: Mail your product to provided address by our team.
- Note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item was incorrect item).
5. Refunds (If Applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved: Your refund will be processed.
- For Credit/Debit Card Orders: The credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (via Safepay) within 5-10 business days.
- For COD Orders: We will transfer the amount to your provided Bank Account or EasyPaisa/JazzCash account.
6. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a ring for a different size, please contact us. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the exchange.
7. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
