At The Gold Loft, we want you to love your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please read our policy below to understand your rights and our obligations.
1. Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Timeframe: You must initiate the return within 5 days of receiving your order. Any requests made after 5 days will be rejected.
- Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging (box/pouch) with all tags intact.
- Proof: You need the receipt or proof of purchase (Order ID).
2. Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions) For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Earrings/Nose rings/Nose pins: Due to hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on earrings/ nose rings/nose pins unless they arrived damaged and you have strong proof of that and we have been informed within 24 hours of delivery.
- Customized Jewellery: Items that have been engraved, resized, or customized specifically for you.
- Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. All sale items are final sale.
3. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) so we can make it right. Any request made after 24 hours will be rejected.
- Please take a clear photo of the damage and email it to hello@thegoldloft.com or drop us a message in the chat box below.
- We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, any shipping costs and logistics will be managed and paid by the customer.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at hello@thegoldloft.com with your Order ID and reason for return.
- Approval: Wait for our team to approve your return request.
- Ship It: Mail your product to provided address by our team.
- Note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and any logistics involved to deliver the item back to our address for returning your item (unless the item was incorrect item and you want the correct one).
5. Refunds (If Applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved: Your refund will be processed.
- You will receive 50% refund if the product has the sign of being used or if the packaging and tags have been removed.
- You will receive 30% refund refund if there are no signs of being used and everything is intact.
- The amount will be transferred to the bank account provided by you within 5-10 days after approval of your refund.
6. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a ring for a different size, please contact us. You will be responsible for the shipping costs and the logistics involved to deliver the item back to our address.
7. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet:
Check your bank account again.
